GelMaxx was created by a grinding and polishing expert that understands advanced chemistry and the challenges the industry faces with strict regulations and the growing cost of doing business. GelMaxx slurry products were designed to help the contractor during all parts of the cleanup phase. The Unique Formula uses organic materials making it safe for the environment and operators, while maintain EPA Compliance. Our AQUAmaxx separator reduces the amount of concrete slurry while producing reusable water for jobsite machinery. Our ECO-QUICK gel solidifier absorbs concrete slurry into a dry material that can be disposed immediately in any standard trash container.
Our mission is to provide contractors an efficient slurry clean up that easily integrates into their work while remaining environmentally conscience.
We envision ourselves as the leader of concrete slurry solutions through a green and environmental approach.
Construction waste water has been a growing challenge for contractors over the years due to increased regulations and strong enforcement by government agencies. In 2010 there was over 7.4 million in storm water fines alone with no solution offered by the very agency that have profited from these fines.
The Solution: GelMaxx is a blend of proprietary additives designed to process cement-based slurry into reusable water and recyclable solids. The 2 part approach provides maximum results for 100% recyclable solutions that meet EPA requirements for waste water regulations.
GelMaxx is used to treat waste water for many different types of applications
AQUAmaxx is a proprietary blend with special additives that will separate suspended solids from processed water. It separates the solids within minutes. The water can be treated for PH balance and disposed or recycled back into the jobsite machinery. This amazing product will save water and reduce the amount of waste that needs to be removed.
ECO-QUICKgel can absorb liquid solids into a safe material that can be diposed of immediately. ECO-QUICKgel meets the EPA Method 9095B paint filter test and EPA regulations for proper disposal methods. 20 grams per gallon of treated material will create a gel like substance within minutes that is safe to dispose of in a standard waste container.
